Delivery Information
Damage Free Promise: Newgrange Special Edition prints are delivered in specially designed packaging. We promise to replace immediately any damaged product delivered by courier. You must open the packaging in the presence of the courier and verify the product is un damaged. Damaged product will be returned immediately to SOLARPiX by the courier for replacement. Claims for breakage cannot be entertained after delivery by the courier.
For Non EU Residents there is a 21.5% reduction on framed prices and 13.5% reduction on unframed prices. You may be liable for customs Import Tax/duties in your country of residence.
Irish Times Special Edition Framed Prints can only be delivered by courier. Un framed prints can be sent to Europe and the rest of the World by courier or standard post.
We aim to dispatch all items within 24hours of receiving a completed order.
Deliveries to Ireland & Northern Ireland will normally be delivered by Fastway Couriers on the next working day, but please allow up to 3 working days.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom will normally be delivered by Fastway Couriers within the next 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days.
All other International courier deliveries will handled by UPS, please allow up to 5 working days.
Framed Prints will be packaged in a rigid box and delivered via courier
Un-Framed Prints will be packaged in a rigid tube and delivered via courier or standard post (method chosen at chekout)
For ease of delivery it is preferable to deliver to a customers work address.

Europe & Rest of the World: €15
ORDERING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS:
IRELAND & UK Courier: No Additional Delivery charge for ordering multiple products
REST OF THE WORLD Courier: €20 supplement for each additional product ordered
Europe & Rest of the World Standard Post: No additional charge for 2nd item, €10 for each addition 2 items
